  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (on-site)
  • Responsible for the engineering activities from beginning to end of project.
  • Meet with clients to interpret their need and requirements and determine project specification.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Complete actual technical specifications.
  • Analyze and determine actual project specification.
  • Prepare all necessary documents and reports related to engineering activities.
  • Monitor engineering activities and deliverables.
  • Propose preventive and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance of all project engineering practices with all relevant codes, laws and regulations.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards; Project oversight.
  • Preparing accomplishment report to head office.
  • Documentation of all the laborer or manpower in the site.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Facilitating change request to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedules and budget.
  • Delegate tasks to project team members.
  • Manage resources and schedules for the whole duration of the projects.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or Electronic and Communication Engineering preferably with license.
  • Safety officer certificate is a PLUS
  • Proficient with Engineering tools and software
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code, National Electric Code, RA 7920 and other applicable codes related to electrical engineering.
