Job description
• Provide support to E-payment users via phone call, chat and email.
• Verify all required details have been submitted with application for processing.
• Verify application details and merchant identity.
• Investigate and compare the items sold on the merchant's website to information
provided on the partner account, such as product description, merchant industry, and
charges.
• Cross-check merchant info in databases.
• Flag and follow up on discrepancies.
• Match merchant's website info with Stripe account.
• Categorize businesses for support eligibility.
• Share user feedback and best practices with the team.
Requirement:
• Possess 4 years of bachelor's degree in any field
• Min 1 year exp in CS (call, email, chat) with document verification/investigation
BG or content moderator with CS exp
• Bank / finance BG will be preferred
• Native Thai speaker with good English skill (minimum C1 level)
