QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Office Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Customer service field.
  • Knowledgeable in Office Applications and SAP system
  • Willing to work in Sterling compound, Meycauayan, Bulacan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage accounts of customers and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Handle incoming ang outgoing requests from customers (e.g. scheduling of delivery and pick-up)
  • Establish and manage billing processes and activities (e.g. generating invoices, processing of payment, and resolving any billing discrepancies)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests, and transactions in the system
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally and provide appropriate solutions to maintain string customer relationships
