Service Advisor

Unit Release Orientation

• Responsible for the after-sales service and warranty orientation before the turnover of units to the clients.
• Conducting seminars and trainings for the drivers.

After Sales Service and Warranty

• Providing information to customers and advice on warranty protection.
• Monitoring and scheduling appointments of Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for every client/unit(s) and coordinating with customers regarding the schedule.
• Ensures that all for repair units are finished on time and informs them when units are ready to pick up.

Others

• Conducting market research about After-Sales Service and Warranty to other dealers.
• Perform and assist mechanic tasks when needed.
• Performing additional tasks if needed, which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
