Responsibilities

  • Sales and customer service:
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one fragrance consultations to help customers find the right scent.
  • Actively sell products by engaging and converting prospective customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Product knowledge and education:
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the brand's products and fragrance families.
  • Educate customers on the characteristics of different scents and how to layer them.
  • Store and brand representation:
  • Ensure the store environment is well-organized and visually appealing by adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and represent the brand in a professional manner.
  • Be outgoing, engaging, and able to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Operational tasks:
  • Assist with non-sales tasks like receiving new merchandise, housekeeping, and inventory management.
  • Address client inquiries, which may include questions about products and billing.

Skills and qualifications

  • Sales and customer experience: Strong background in retail sales and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Product knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fragrances, including different fragrance families.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively engage with customers.
  • Professional attributes: Reliability, good organization, a polished appearance, and the ability to work independently.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Experience: Prior experience in cosmetics, luxury retail, or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
