Job Title: Brand / Beauty Ambassador

Department: Sales & Marketing / Retail / Brand Management

Reports to: Brand Manager / Sales Supervisor / Marketing Head

Job Summary:

The Brand / Beauty Ambassador serves as the face of the brand, representing its image, values, and products to customers. This role is responsible for promoting brand awareness, driving sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand professionally and embody its image, values, and identity at all times.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers to encourage sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to promote brand loyalty.
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations, skincare/makeup recommendations, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store or event performance.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in brand events, product launches, and marketing activations.
  • Ensure product displays, testers, and promotional materials are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing or product team.
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor products, and brand campaigns.
  • Report on sales performance, inventory status, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or beauty-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Excellent grooming, confidence, and enthusiasm.
