This will be Work Onsite in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong and Night Shift.

Be part of our growing team of Customer Service Representatives for a Sport/Fitness Account. You will be supporting a global leader in endurance sports, organizing world-class events for athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, email, chat (blended) and assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide timely, professional, and efficient service.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Escalate issues as needed and follow company procedures.
  • Support campaign goals and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy and able to type 50+ words per minute
  • English proficiency B2+, college graduates, with two years or more of industry experience (BPO/anything related)
  • Familiarity with triathlon culture or student athletes is a plus.
  • Strong, fun and engaged personalities.
  • Willing to work onsite in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong
