Human Resources Business Partner Assistant2 days ago - Be among the first 25 applicantsActs as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit. Proactively involves and drives talent management programs to retain talent and maximize capabilities through effective programs, coaching, and training. Supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner's side.

Provides advice and strategy to business leaders on HR matters such as talent development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Supports HR work for relatively large-scale departments with complex business needs or across regions. Deeply understands business needs and participates in designing and leading the implementation of HR solutions.

Operates HR processes effectively and implements corporate HR policies. Improves junior managers' HR management capabilities through coaching. Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of HRBP or HR COE experience, such as recruitment, talent management, learning, and development.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline. Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR legislation. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation, conflict management, project management, and change management skills. Excellent team player in a cross-functional environment. Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
