As an Automation Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing automated systems that power business operations. You'll work with tools like Ansible, OpenShift, Terraform, Dynatrace, and Splunk—helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure reliable delivery of applications and services.


What You'll Do
  • Infrastructure Automation:

    Build and maintain automation scripts/playbooks using Ansible for server provisioning, configuration, and deployments.

    Design Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform.
  • OpenShift Administration:

    Manage, optimize, and secure OpenShift clusters.

    Troubleshoot and ensure high performance of containerized apps.
  • CI/CD Integration:

    Automate builds, tests, and deployments by integrating Ansible and OpenShift into CI/CD pipelines.

    Collaborate with developers for seamless app delivery.
  • Observability & Monitoring:

    Implement and manage tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Presales Support:

    Provide technical insights, product demos, and recommendations to bridge the gap between customer needs and solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Documentation:

    Diagnose infrastructure issues, support dev/ops teams, and maintain clear documentation for processes and tools.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 1+ year experience in:

  • 24/7 operations support

  • Ansible or scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • OpenShift or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Observability & monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
