• Assist agents and clients by providing necessary marketing services, coordinating vehicle inspections, and aiding in claims documentation.


• Prepare, process, and issue all essential policy documents, endorsements, and related client documentation.


• Accurately compute premiums and policy charges; prepare and submit daily collection, disbursement, and weekly production reports.


• Generate and distribute monthly Statements of Accounts to agents and clients.


• Ensure the safekeeping of company properties, including fixed assets and accountable forms, maintaining proper office supply inventory.
