Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator / Officer supports the Marketing Department in managing sponsorships, partnerships, marketing collaterals, and administrative requirements for both badminton and pickleball brands.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, or sponsorship management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory or retail systems (e.g., RPro/Prism) is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events and sponsorship-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sponsorship Management

  • Handle sponsorship coordination for athletes, teams, events, and camps.
  • Review eligibility and prepare agreements.
  • Manage stock checks, item selection, documentation, and shipping.
  • Oversee logistics for marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor deliverables (social posts, branding, photos/videos).
  • Represent Marketing in events when needed.

2. Athlete & Coach Coordination

  • Coordinate product sales, stock availability, documentation, and payments.
  • Prepare POs and Delivery Receipts.

3. Brand Banner & Facility Partnerships

  • Identify facilities for banner placement and coordinate agreements and installations.

4. Sponsorship Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare reports (contracts, liquidation, receipts, media exposure).
  • Maintain complete and organized documentation.

5. Mall Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with mall marketing teams for promos and placements.
  • Monitor marketing offers and tenant privileges.

6. Stock & Financial Monitoring

  • Track sponsorship values and prepare reimbursement reports.
  • Monitor stock movements for marketing use.

7. System Utilization (RPro/Prism)

  • Check stock availability and generate sales reports.
  • Coordinate stock and reporting requirements.

8. Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Assist with item/media requests and support Marketing Specialist & Multimedia Artist.
  • Perform assigned administrative and marketing duties.

9. Financial Handling & Reporting

  • Manage small-to-medium cash payments and file RFPs.
  • Record transactions for replenishment and liquidation.

10. Record Keeping & Inventory Coordination

  • Maintain organized liquidation and inventory records.
  • Track returned/stored items for reconciliation.

11. Marketing Program Participation

  • Join brainstorming, campaign development, and promo analysis.
