Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations for the marketing team and management.
  • Content Creation: Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts to promote products and services.
  • KOL Coordinator: Sources and coordinates KOL for the company.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain marketing databases to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in marketing, sales, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and content creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, social media platforms, and data analysis tools is beneficial.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Work EnvironmentMarketing Assistants typically work in an office setting, collaborating closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and other departments. The role will require occasional travel for events or meetings.

Job Type: Full-time
