BOS Production Analyst II

Description

Responsible for: 

Complex back office support duties, reporting, reconciliation, analysis and delegated tasks to enable the BOS Team  in the execution and delivery of business goals and objectives.

Extent of Authority:   

• Perform complex back office support duties for approved jobs and other delegated complex tasks, reporting, reconciliation and analysis according to procedures set per job

Main Activities: 

• Perform multiple complex back office duties while managing delegated tasks efficiently
• Collaborate and coordinate with the RDC resources, AU counterparts and OpCo requestors in processing requests for approved jobs and projects
• Assist in delivering process improvement initiatives and projects
• Provide support in responding to queries, concerns and issues 
• Work with the BSS Lead and other team members to create testing scenarios and validate test results.
• Perform testing of new BSS jobs and provide feedback to BSS Lead and AU stakeholders
• Attend workshops and trainings for new BSS jobs
• Document activities and processes involved in the task or project
• Resolving problems for the completion of project or task
• Aid the team in the investigation of an incident and identifying the root cause of errors
• Teach or train assigned resources for existing or new jobs for BSS
• Communicate with PH, AU and other Opco stakeholders regarding project testing progress or issue resolution
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and act as a main support for the assigned tasks/reporting. 
• Meet the required target, turnaround time and quality standards of BOS jobs.
• Act as a reliever/buffer for other functions/tasks during peak volumes or in the absence of the Co-Associate
• Prepare and send job status and other related reports set per job
• Communicate, acknowledge and respond to updates, queries or escalations in a timely or urgent manner   
• Support the team in ensuring a service-oriented and professional working environment
• Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.

Qualifications and Typical Experience: 

• At least two-year course or second year college level in Bachelor of Science course
• Bachelor's degree on any IT related course is an advantage
• Must at least have a "Met Expectations" overall performance rating

Special Circumstances: 

• Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.
• Must be eligible to legally work in the Philippines.
• Employment is dependent on Australian Citizenship and a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS.

• Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients.
• Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position.
• Maintain FUJIFILM DMS and client confidentiality.
• Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role.
• May be needed to be on-call from time to time to meet requirements of the role. 
• Required to participate in workplace fit-for-work initiatives (including stretching programs).
