About the role

At Super Candy Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Maintenance professional to join our team in our Malolos City Bulacan facility. As a Line Maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on our production lines to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance
  • Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to the manufacturing process
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on our production equipment
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and report on equipment performance
  • Provide guidance and support to the production team on the proper operation and care of equipment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities for optimisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a line maintenance or industrial maintenance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
  • Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of machinery, equipment, and production processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Proficient in using a range of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Willingness to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work shifts and respond to emergencies as needed
