Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank accounts, payments, cash flow, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee checks, loans, and financing activities.
  • Prepare and file BIR returns; ensure tax compliance.
  • Handle tax and treasury operations for project-specific SPVs.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and legal advisors on SPV structuring and compliance.
  • Support project-level financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Liaise with government agencies (BIR, SEC, DOE, BSP) for regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support audits and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years in treasury management, tax compliance, or SPV/project finance.
  • Strong knowledge of BIR regulations and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial software; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Can speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
