Key Responsibilities:

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Support the manager in accounting, finance, procurement, and logistics processes.

Perform basic office tasks such as filing, printing, reporting, and emailing.

Handle invoice processing and filing.

Communicate with customers and vendors, responding to inquiries regarding financial transactions and records.

Prepare monthly reports for BIR and PEZA compliance.

10.   Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

11.   Perform other tasks as required.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any Accounting/Finance related course. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

Qualifications:

Good business understanding of financial concepts and tax procedures.

A team player; must be able to work individually and as part of a team.

Good organizational skills, hardworking, and can work independently.

Analytical and very detail-oriented.

Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.

Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel.

Proficient in English.

Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
