Job Summary:

The Property Custodian is responsible for overseeing the company's assets and warehouse operations. This includes inventory management, documentation, procurement coordination, and ensuring proper maintenance and safekeeping of all company properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receiving, releasing, and monitoring of warehouse stocks and materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare related reports.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and supplier transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and maintenance of company assets.
  • Monitor insurance renewals and asset registrations.
