Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling the restaurant's events and catering services to corporate, social, and private clients. This role involves client relationship management, event coordination support, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with the restaurant's 5-star service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for events, functions, and catering services.

  3. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key accounts.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

  5. Event Coordination Support

  6. Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth execution of functions and catering services.

  7. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams regarding menu selection, special requests, and service requirements.
  8. Attend events as needed to oversee client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

  9. Marketing & Promotion

  10. Assist in promoting event packages, seasonal offers, and catering services through various channels.

  11. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client presentations to represent the brand.

  12. Administrative & Reporting

  13. Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and event documentation.

  14. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
  15. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  16. Customer Service Excellence

  17. Deliver personalized service, ensuring all interactions reflect the restaurant's luxury standards.

  18. Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
