Job Description

As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services while supporting both your own and your team's technical growth. This international role allows you to contribute meaningfully to global finance while building a strong career foundation from home.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 40, PHP 50,

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Excellent technical skills in Australian tax and accounting compliance
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including reviewing email communication (queries and advice) to send to Australian advisers
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills to improve service quality

Highly Desirable:

  • CPA, CA qualified or close to completing CPA/CA studies
  • At least 2 years of experience in cloud-based systems, preparation and completion of Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships
  • Experience working for an Australian accounting practice
  • A high level of personal maturity

Your Daily Tasks

  • Ensure adherence with systems and procedures for file management, file notes, retention, and security of files
  • Proactive involvement in your own and your team's technical development
