The Business Transformation Leader  is responsible for facilitating the achievement of the company's strategic and business objectives, by solving and easing the company's operational and business issues through the adoption and implementation of a robust technology solutions. The role also applies  change management approach to lead large scale programs.

  • Create organizational structure for ERP unit that will suit company's needs in SAP related technological improvements

  • Overall management and supervision of the team, aligning company's goals with the members

  • Oversee KPIs of each member

  • Review, maintain/improve SAP's effectiveness in the company's business processes thru functionalities and process improvements

  • Ensures that the adopted ERP system can generate accurately key reports and business information as specified in the project deliverables.

  • Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer), Information Technology Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years experience in Project Management, including managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations and developing work-breakdown structures and project plans.
