About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Service Manager to join our team at ROLLING PANDA HOTPOT FACTORY under EPICUREX CORP. in NS NS Amoranto Quezon City Metro Manila. As the Restaurant Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of our hospitality business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service to our customers
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience, including menu development, service standards, and staff training
  3. Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, including reservations, seating, and table management
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  5. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and timely service
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting and developing the front-of-house team

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a restaurant service management role, preferably within a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale casual dining environment
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and other stakeholders
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on approach to resolving issues
  5. Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience
