What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

At least 10 years of professional and leadership experience in hotel operations, client relations, or other customer-facing environments

Proven ability to lead service teams and manage third-party vendors

Strong analytical and communication skills

Passion for customer experience excellence and a drive for continuous improvement

Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig
