About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, practical knowledge of materials and finishes, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and present interior design ideas based on client requirements and project briefs.
  • Prepare detailed design plans, layout drawings, and 3D visualizations.
  • Select materials, furniture, finishes, and lighting to align with the project concept.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and execution.
  • Oversee the implementation of design plans to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining design standards.
  • Stay updated on current trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design (preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and lighting design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
