Best Tools is hiring an Area Sales Representative (ASR) for the Bicol Region
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to oversee and expand the Bicol area. This role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, supporting channel partners, and strengthening the company's market presence in the hardware and construction supplies industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by assisting General Trade partners, dealers, and key accounts in meeting targets.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to support regional strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new partners for the Wadfow GenTrade store network.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while exploring new growth opportunities.
- Handle order processing, track transactions, and resolve partner or client concerns promptly.
- Increase market coverage through consistent fieldwork, account visits, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware or related industries.
- Valid professional driver's license is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in field-based environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
