QUALIFICATION:

  • Preferably with experience in Timekeeping. However, without experience is also welcome to apply.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have a strong personality.
  • Must know how to deal with different people.
  • Must be willing to travel from Mariveles site to Pampanga (Main Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compiles, check and review employees (Construction workers, Warehouse Personnel and Motorpool Workers) time and attendance records for completeness.
  • Computes total time worked by employees and submit to HR for payroll
  • May interview employees to discuss hours worked if there are adjustments to be made.
  • Coordinates to HR if there are any employee relations concerns (i.e. AWOL employees, filing of sick leave, filing of employee's government mandated benefits, and and requesting of company IDs to the HR.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the HR from time to time.

PROJECT SITES: MARIVELES AND LIMAY, BATAAN.
