Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operations of multiple Pinkberry stores within an assigned area. This role ensures consistent execution of brand standards, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and exceptional customer experience. The Area Manager leads and coaches Store Managers, monitors sales and operational KPIs, manages labor and cost controls, and implements company initiatives to drive profitability. The position works closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR teams to support store openings, promotions, people development, and continuous improvement across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple Pinkberry stores.
  • Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
  • Coach, train, and evaluate Store Managers and key staff.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory, and store audits.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with head office teams for promotions, staffing, and new store openings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in multi-store restaurant or retail management (QSR/F&B preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, sales analysis, inventory, and cost control.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work flexible schedules, including weekends.
