Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new suppliers and vendors for materials, services, and equipment as needed by the clients.

  • Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value for the company.

  • Build and maintain a supplier database, ensuring a steady stream of reliable suppliers and competitive pricing

  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

  • Work with sales team when closing deals

  • Canvassing of each item listed in the RFQ.

  • Create quotation through SAP.

  • Creation of Purchase Quotation for outbox items.

  • Utilizing and encoding through SAP or any purchasing department related platforms.

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably College Graduate of any degree

  • Preferably with experience in SAP, Quickbooks or any related CRM platform

  • Preferably with experience related to Purchasing is an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel

  • Preferably detail oriented, organized
