About the role

Join our team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' as a full-time Non-Voice Retail Account representative. Based in Ugong Pasig City Metro Manila, this exciting position will see you play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued retail clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for retail clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise
  2. Analysing and interpreting client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored strategies to meet client needs
  4. Participating in regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on progress and initiatives
  5. Contributing to the overall success of the retail account team by consistently delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the retail industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client goals
  5. Familiarity with retail industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  6. Proficient in using relevant software and tools to support the role
