Job Summary:

We are looking for professional and reliable Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our VIP simulation golf lounge, staff, and guests. The ideal candidates must maintain a calm and professional demeanor and provide a welcoming environment while enforcing lounge rules and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises and maintain a secure and safe environment for all guests and staff
  • Conduct regular patrols of the lounge and surrounding areas
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Manage crowd control during peak hours or events
  • Assist in access control verify guest entry and enforce dress code or lounge policies
  • Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
  • Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergency
  • Support guest services team when needed

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have a valid security license (with updated clearances)
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure environment is a plus
  • Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
