Role: Software Engineering - Test Automation Engineer

Shift Schedule: 8pm- 7am

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 8x a month in office (2x per week)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing processes.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

  • Continuously enhance testing methodologies and tools to optimize efficiency.

  • Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Python.

  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

  • Experience in developing and executing automated test cases.

  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated testing environments.
