Role: Audit Supervisor

Set-up: Hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig) 2-3 days WFH/Onsite (Mon-Fri but should be amenable to work on weekends during busy days)

Job Description

The person is primarily responsible for understanding the service delivery model and the suite of services provided by their assigned service delivery team and comprehending how the workflow is managed within AC Manila's workflow management tool during their participation in all phases of a financial statement and audit of internal controls.

- Responsible for achieving planning deadlines and providing sufficient time for the execution of audit work

-Manage issues in a timely manner and be able and sensitive.

- Ascertains the quality and sufficiency of all work and that reviews are appropriate and complete in accordance with the planned audit approach.

- Coach staff by providing proactive and constructive feedback in a timely manner in order for them to develop and meet their objectives and improve performance.

Qualifications: 

a. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy

b. Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management;

c. Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills;

d. At least 5 years of relevant audit work experience with the last year in a supervisory role.

e. CPA certification is a must.
