Job description:

  • Responsible for the company's daily 3D visual design needs, including advertising materials, online and offline event assets; capable of independently delivering key visual designs.
  • Participate in 3D modeling and rendering tasks for company products, and help build and maintain the internal 3D asset library.
  • Take part in brainstorming and creative design for large-scale marketing campaigns, and produce high-quality design proposals.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Art Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in at least one mainstream 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D, with strong modeling and rendering skills. Additional graphic design ability or experience with AI-based projects is a plus.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant role; able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment with excellent time management skills. Prior experience in top-tier internet companies is preferred.
  • Solid art foundation and strong personal aesthetic; passionate about design and highly sensitive to current global design trends.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, good team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn quickly with a high standard for visual quality.
  • Portfolio submission is required (this will be a key part of the evaluation process).
