Cloud & Licensing Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Cloud & Licensing Specialist at Insight, you'll support product operations by managing software setup and sourcing across EMEA, working with vendors on pricing and contracts, and partnering with internal teams to close deals, boost revenue, and ensure compliance. You'll also manage licensing programs, prepare Cloud deals, handle complex orders, reporting, and invoicing, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency.

Leadership: The Manager of this role is Michael Dewaele. Michael is based in Germany. 

As Cloud & Licensing Specialist, you will get to:

• Support product operations by managing software setup and sourcing across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and alignment with service level agreements.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on pricing, contracts, and deal execution to drive revenue and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Manage licensing programs and Cloud deals with major providers, contributing to successful negotiations and timely deal closures.

• Handle complex orders, reporting, and invoicing, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

We are looking for Cloud & Licensing Specialist with:

• Any degree is fine

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in software licensing

• Good English communication skill both written and verbal

• Experience with SAP is nice to have

• Willing to work in Mid-Shift
