JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and security protocols to support business operations. The IT Officer also provides technical support to employees, implements IT policies, assists in system upgrades, and contributes to the planning and execution of IT projects.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting CCTV, Wi-Fi routers, network connectivity, biometric systems, and basic satellite systems.
  • Strong background in site inventory control, documentation, filing, and report preparation.
