Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Australian Time Zone
Base Salary: AUD$1,250 - 1,500/month + uncapped commission
A probationary period of 3 months to evaluate overall performance.

About the role
We're looking for a proactive and driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on building connections and generating qualified leads. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel, growth experimentation, and performance analysis. If outbound efforts energize you, know how to craft persuasive messaging, and are data-savvy, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects through LinkedIn messages, emails, and strategic follow-ups.
- Execute lead generation strategies to acquire new customers through organic outreach.
- Own the entire outbound sales funnel by generating leads and setting appointments
- Collaborate with leadership to align outbound campaigns with target personas and messaging.
- Track, measure, and analyse key KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and outreach effectiveness to inform strategy.
- Regularly report performance to leadership and suggest new outbound campaigns or optimisations.
- Conduct A/B testing of outreach sequences, messaging, and call-to-actions to identify scalable acquisition tactics.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position solutions effectively.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B or Recruitment Agency.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and lead generation.
- Proven track record of building and managing outbound pipelines that convert into closed deals.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales metrics, and conversion benchmarks.
- Skilled in writing compelling sales emails.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
