The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and ambiance of the spa. Through consistent and thorough upkeep of all facilities, the Spa Attendant ensures a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment that supports client comfort and the smooth operation of spa services. This role requires quiet discipline, attention to detail, and respect for both team and clients— embodying the values of malasakit, katapatan, and professional pride.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School level in any academic strand.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa-related services.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Anticipate needs and takes proactive steps to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Adjusts to dynamic operational needs, special assignments, and schedule changes.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and pride in quality work
  • Responds well to shifting priorities and ad hoc assignments.
