Role PurposeAs a Lead Auditor, you will oversee the statutory audit process, provide regular updates, and discuss potential risks related to the audit timeline. Key ResponsibilitiesLead statutory audits for three new legal entities in Australia.

Coordinate with PWC, A&D Team, BUF, Legal, LEA, CTC, third-party firms, etc. Provide status updates and discuss audit risks. Work with Legal and Board for documentation and filings.

Schedule meetings with the Board for financial statement finalization and presentation. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred. Certification: CPA is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in statutory FS preparation, audits, stakeholder engagement, with experience in shared service or multinational organizations. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Open to new ideas, rapid changes, and new technologies.

Additional DetailsShift: To be discussed. Work Setup: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in Paranaque. Employment Type: Project-based.
