We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Lead Auditor – Technical Reviewer to ensure that audit report packs for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QHSE second-party audits comply with procedural, accreditation, and audit standards. This role is essential in verifying the technical accuracy and completeness of audit documentation and ensuring audit conclusions are well-supported.

Hybrid (Once a week onsite)

Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review audit report packs to confirm compliance with ISO and QHSE audit requirements.
  • Verify that the audit process and documentation support the audit team's recommendations.
  • Raise constructive and timely queries when findings are inadequate or unclear.
  • Complete reviews within defined timelines and KPIs.
  • Utilize relevant systems and tools for documentation and tracking.
  • Stay current on ISO management systems standards, accreditation requirements, and audit techniques.
  • Ensure audit team qualifications, audit time allocation, and audit structure are appropriate.
  • Follow Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science, or business).
  • At least 4 years of work experience in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Safety & Health management systems.
  • Completion of at least two Lead Auditor courses for QEHS management systems (ISO 9001, 14001,
  • Additional training/certifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in ISO certification audits is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
