Assess policy quality, focusing on compliance, security, safety, and environmental standards. Policy & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory frameworks, SBMA regulations, and international facility management standards. Conduct risk assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance that could impact operations or reputation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with department heads in Site Operations, Security, and Legal to align policies with operational and compliance needs. Serve as the liaison with external regulatory bodies to ensure policies are updated according to regulatory changes. Training & Development: Create and manage training programs to ensure staff, subcontractors, and facility management teams understand and follow relevant policies.
Collaborate with HR to conduct policy training workshops across all departments. Continuous Improvement: Regularly update policies based on feedback, audits, and regulatory changes. Stay informed about industry standards and SBMA guidelines to recommend policy adjustments.
Audits & Reporting: Perform internal audits to assess compliance with Agila Subic policies and provide regular reports to senior management. Monitor and report on policy implementation to the Philippine Navy and other stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Develop and lead HSE Department in formulating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Oversee and manage personnel that will allow Agila Shipyard to consistently meet regulatory reporting deadlines including timely renewal of all permitting requirements. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in policy management, compliance, or quality assurance, ideally within property management or maritime sectors.
Knowledge of ISPS compliance, SBMA regulations, and Philippine facility management standards. Strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external regulatory bodies. Experience in risk assessments and audits.
