Job description

Nextbank Software is transforming the FinTech and RegTech industries in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and help us deliverinnovative, world-class banking solutions. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with highly skilled and passionate teams in the Philippines and Poland. You'll gain exposure to the latest technologies in banking and finance, including microservices, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.

Key responsibilities:

● Drive teams to deliver results by organizing work, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability.

● Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while working directly with customers.

● Oversee both implementation and ongoing maintenance of critical banking systems.

● Support sales teams with technical insights, project planning, and estimations when engaging new clients.

Key expectations:

● Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects.

● Excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and effective teamwork abilities.

● Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

● Solid understanding of Agile engineering practices (CI/CD, code review, TDD, continuous improvement).

● Advanced knowledge of Jira and

Nice to have skills and competences:

● Background as a Business Analyst in a software development team.

● Background working in Finance or Banking Industry

● Experience managing projects across multiple teams.

● Exposure to mobile application development.

● Experience in account management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
