Strategic Sourcing Project Manager - NPD & Direct Materials,
leading global sourcing initiatives for medical device and CPG products. Deliver cost savings, supplier strategies, and launch readiness while partnering cross-functionally across engineering, quality, packaging, and finance in an international supply chain environment.

Salary: Up to PHP200,000

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in
  Strategic Sourcing
  , or a combined 5+ years across
  Sourcing and Supply Chain
  roles
• Direct materials sourcing
  experience, including components, raw materials, manufacturing inputs, and specialized or regulated packaging
• Global or multi-region sourcing
  experience within
  Medical Devices and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  environments
  (direct experience required; exposure through global supplier networks or regional programs accepted)
• Experience supporting
  New Product Development (NPD) or innovation initiatives
  , partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Brand, and Product Management
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, with a strong preference for Medical Devices and/or CPG
• Hands-on experience managing product specifications, including form, function, aesthetics, workmanship, and performance requirements
• Experience reviewing and supporting compliance documentation, such as IFUs, packaging and labeling specifications, validation or test reports

Other Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives
  (quantifiable results preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and suppliers and lead complex, cross-functional sourcing projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess cost drivers, risks, and supplier performance
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain fundamentals, including logistics, planning, inventory management, negotiations, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Hands-on experience working within ERP and sourcing systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

Your Daily Tasks

Lead Sourcing & Project Execution

• Lead global sourcing projects, partnering with Procurement, Engineering, Marketing, Packaging, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and onboard new material and component suppliers
• Create, manage, and execute sourcing project plans, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Track project milestones, risks, and savings, and provide monthly progress updates
• Present project plans, updates, and results to project teams and leadership

Manage Costs & Financial Performance

• Analyze total supply chain costs, including materials, freight, duties, labor, and overhead
• Monitor and manage project financials to meet approved cost and savings targets
• Present cost analyses and savings results during leadership reviews

Communicate & Partner Effectively

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers through written and verbal updates
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for project and leadership meetings
• Resolve product, supply, or supplier issues, including identifying and qualifying alternate vendors when needed

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and analyses
• Support ad hoc sourcing requests and analyses aligned with business priorities

How Success Is Measured (KPIs)

• Provide committed timelines for ad hoc requests within 2 business days (100% target)
• Complete ad hoc requests within committed timelines (90% target)
• Submit weekly project status reports (100% target)
• Update sourcing project plans, milestones, and financials monthly (100% target)
• Update the Project Prioritization Committee (PPC) capacity report monthly (100% target)
• Deliver 90% of projects on time
• Keep the overall project portfolio within approved financial targets (90% target)
• Follow all internal standards, policies, and compliance requirements (100% target)
