JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • lssue /make Purchase Request of ordered parts, tools and raw materials
  • Receive end discuss JO request with Requestor and FC member
  • Make and control drawing of new and modified jig or parts.
  • Machining and hand work support at per needed.
  • Make job standard and procedure for all matinee.
  • Conduct TPM every quarter.
  • Make machine preventive maintenance Schedule.
  • Mere monitoring of FC member daily activity and OT hour.
  • Make deem of basic to advance jigs and fixture as per required by different sections.
  • Oversee certain projects such as fabrication of simple new SRC Line equipments
  • Assembles marine as per required.
  • Make monthly Inventory of spare parts and tools.
