LASH TECHNICIAN:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying eyelash extensions and other lash-enhancing treatments while providing exceptional client care. Your role will involve assessing client needs, recommending suitable lash styles, and delivering precise, safe, and beautiful results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Apply classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions.

· Perform lash lifts, tints, removals, and refills.

· Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend styles.

· Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.

· Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for lash longevity.

· Maintain accurate client records, including service history and any sensitivities or allergies.

· Manage appointments, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques.

Qualifications:

· At least elementary graduate

· No experience needed but relevant experience is an advantage

· Sales and customer-oriented

· Amenable to work in mall working hours

· Experience in retail, beauty, wellness and other related industries is an advantage
