Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Formal Training in apparel design preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in custom tailoring or creative design role.
  • Understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends
  • Understanding of textiles and fabrics
  • Skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute designs and details for brand product.
  • Strong Communication Skills at all levels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement shop operation structure. (includes services, turnaround time, and scheduling.

  1. Provide input and recommendations for the design and aesthetic of shop environment

  2. Facilitate enhancements and changes to craftsmanship experience based on own evaluations and recommendations from corporate partners.

  3. Network, recruit, train, and retain talent.

  4. Determine customer needs, preference, and style to create customized experience in partnership with sales stylist.
