Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor payments, including tracking invoices, responding to vendor inquiries, and preparing checks.
  • Maintain the billing system, track customer invoices and payments, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare weekly deposits.
  • Prepare and record routine journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Perform banking activity reconciliations for multiple accounts.
  • Maintain processes for tracking and paying 1099 contractors.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including regulatory filings.
  • Assist with special projects to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
