Job Description
THIS ROLE
Job Summary:
An experienced position responsible for managing moderate to high complexity AML/KYC and FATCA matters with minimal supervision. This role handles sophisticated compliance reviews and risk assessments while demonstrating advanced technical expertise in regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex AML/KYC processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Perform detailed risk assessments with emphasis on FATCA/CRS compliance risks
- Manage sophisticated client matters involving tax classification and documentation
- Process and validate FATCA and CRS forms, certifications, and entity classifications
- Ensure adherence to FATCA/CRS regulatory requirements and reporting obligations
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in compliance reviews
- Monitor and manage regulatory reporting deadlines, especially for FATCA/CRS

ABOUT YOU
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum years of experience in AML/KYC compliance, with demonstrated specialization in FATCA and CRS regulations
- In-depth knowledge of global tax transparency frameworks, including FATCA classifications and CRS due diligence standard

- Expertise in conducting detailed risk assessments and complex client file reviews
- Skilled in regulatory reporting and managing sophisticated compliance risks

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accuracy
