Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH

Work Schedule: Dayshift only

Join a leading organization driving digital transformation through SAP innovation. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, building, testing, and deploying new company codes in SAP—bridging finance, technology, and business operations to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, design, and implementation within SAP FI/CO/FSCM modules.

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP designs and configurations.

  • Prepare and facilitate blueprint discussions, securing required approvals.

  • Create SAP roles, configuration documents, and functional specifications.

  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Manage documentation, approvals, and change processes for deployment.

  • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure system stability.

  • Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and third-party AMS teams.

  • Utilize testing tools such as Cloud ALM, HP ALM, or Tosca (advantage).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years' experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration (ECC or S/4HANA).

  • Strong grasp of financial processes, accounting principles, and business operations.

  • Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.

  • Skilled in fit-gap analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and training.

  • Strong documentation skills—blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, and user guides.

  • Knowledge of SAP integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
