Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Business Process Manager. BPM Leads focuses on discovering and modeling value driven process requirements within the context of individual project and with the intent of collaborating with the IT Solution implementation team of the SAP S4 HANA focusing on Finance & Controlling Modules and Group Reportings.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of 4 years course preferably in Accountancy or any related courses.
  • 5+ years' experience in performing business analysis works particularly in business processes, preferably with Process Certification like Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPM or any other equivalent certification.
  • Proven track record in managing full lifecycle finance or ERP projects, including project initiation, execution, and closure
  • SAP ERP System Knowledge
  • Strong command of SAP FICO functionality and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO)
  • Experience in Process Analysis, Process Improvement, and Process Management
  • Skills in Project Management, Coordination, and Team Collaboration
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Management, and Reporting
