Job Description The role supports the Brand & Experience team of Globe Platinum in the formulation of customer experience flow, processes, and ideas that delight our customers while assisting with brand marketing execution.

  • Support key experience initiatives of Globe Platinum through research and process creation

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to help drive seamless execution of Customer Experience requirements

  • Support execution of key brand initiatives across PR, KOL, and social media efforts, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with Platinum's tone and experience standards

  • Assist with operational efficiency by proactively tracking approvals and timelines for various experience executions

  • Gain hands-on training in customer experience and brand management within a premium service environment
