About the role

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Agents for our Davao City, Davao del Sur office. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Listening attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  5. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. High school or senior high school graduate, or a fresh graduate from any bachelor's degree program
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and a quick learning mindset to navigate different customer service scenarios
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
