About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Listening attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities
What we're looking for
- High school or senior high school graduate, or a fresh graduate from any bachelor's degree program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and a quick learning mindset to navigate different customer service scenarios
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
